Mr. David Waxman, Chairman of the Board
Mr. David Waxman brings Lextran over twenty years of experience as an executive manager in global corporations. Before joining Lextran, Mr. Waxman served as CEO of IDE Technologies Ltd., a large water desalination company with global operations. Mr. Waxman currently serves as Chairman and Director of several companies in the environmental sector, as well as Chairman of the Water Industries Forum in the Manufacturers Association of Israel and Board Member of the Environmental Technologies Sector of the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute.

Mr. Haim Sterenfine, CEO
Mr. Haim Sterenfine joined Lextran in 1999 from Ludan Engineering Co. Ltd., where he served as Marketing Manager since 1995. Before joining Ludan, Mr. Sterenfine has held several senior management positions in leading industry corporations, including Plant Manager with Negev Ceramic Materials Ltd. and later on General Manager of Negev Asphalt & Stone Products Ltd. Mr. Sterenfine holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.

Mr. Arie Manor, VP Business Development
Mr. Arie Manor joined Lextran in 2007 from Ludan Engineering Co. Ltd., where he served as Senior Projects Manager since 2005. Prior to joining Ludan, Mr. Manor served as Business Development Manager for an Israeli hi-tech company, establishing its presence in international markets. In 2000, Mr. Manor retired as Colonel from the IDF, where he had held several senior management positions, among them Head of Technical Department of IDF Logistics Corps and Israel's Military Attaché in Romania. Mr. Manor holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
